After completing this course, you will be able to:

– Identify main components of IP video surveillance systems

– Describe the major differences between SD, HD, and MP cameras

– List cameras from the Bosch Common Product Platform portfolio and their features

– Describe how to obtain firmware and software updates for Bosch encoders and IP cameras

– Identify Configuration Manager and Configuration Wizard and describe differences

– Password-protect the Configuration Manager application

– Perform network discovery, assign valid IP addresses, verify live video feed, name devices, and set date and time of network encoders

– Determine firmware version and update, if necessary
